From the initial phone call or email to the very last detail were here to help you every step of the way. Our DJ's take the time to meet with you before the wedding and go over the important steps of your reception. These include timelines, song choices, announcements, and other various events. At your event we coordinate between the photographers, wait staff, hall managers, bartenders, and clergy to make sure everyone is on the same page and the event runs smoothly. The day of your event we arrive on average 2-3 hours before the first guest do. This gives us time to set up and properly check everything. When you get there we will be there to greet you at the door and get ready for your Grand Introduction. During the event we will make sure that your timeline of events is followed and you are aware of when we will be staging the formal dances and announcements. And as always, we will ask ahead of time if you would like to keep dancing longer when the party is going strong.
